How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Response to DMCA Notices

  • Review the request for completeness and validity

  • Take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the related tool or link

  • Notify affected parties when applicable

Please note that Retatube cannot remove content hosted on third-party platforms, as we do not control or store such content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that a DMCA notice was submitted in error or that the content was removed due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

  • Your name, address, and contact information

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore access unless the copyright owner files a legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Retatube reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright laws or violate this DMCA Policy.
